“If I knew then what I know now.” Ever heard that before? I feel that way about my diet, nutrition, and exercise
program. I didn’t grow up in a healthy household. My parents smoked
like chimneys and their idea of dinner was picking up a cheesecake from
the grocery store. They didn’t exercise. My point? I wasn’t
raised healthy, I didn’t run track or play sports I wasn’t
given any advantages in the health department. I was destined to become
an obese adult. I am 32 years young and I am in the best shape of my life. I did my very first pull up a few months ago and can now do 3 in a row. It’s not age that makes you healthy and thin
– it’s getting to know your body and how it reacts to certain
exercises and foods. For example, I now know that I can NOT eat sugar,
not if I want to look the way I want to look. For years I was in denial
about this fact. I wanted to be like other people I saw who were eating
sugar and staying thin. But that’s their body, not mine. I have
NEVER been able to eat sugar, not even when I was 18, so age and metabolism
have NOTHING to do with it. I have learned that weight training is KEY. That eating right will do wonders while hours of cardio WON’T. It is true that EVERYONE is a little bit different. But, the basic biology is the same for all of us. We CAN NOT live a life of gluttony and expect to be slender and toned. I’ve spent a decade and a half learning what does and doesn’t work for myself and for my body, and have spent a decade learning about what does and doesn’t work for my client’s bodies. It is my passion to pass this knowledge on to you so that you can get there a lot faster and easier than I did. Regardless of how much time or money you have to dedicate to your health and fitness goals I have a program that can work for you. Let me help you get into the best shape of your life. Programs available: Private Personal Training Sessions
