* Please note that the classes, seminars, hiking trips etc are pre-scheduled and will be sent out when you start your program - this way you will have advanced notice to plan on attending these fun events.
The Bootcamp schedule is:
M, W & F - 6:00-6:45am
M, W & F - 9:15-10:00am
T & H - 6:00-6:45pm
Bootcamp is held at Krepp's Park. In case of rain we meet at CTA off Green Bag Road - I will send out an email no later than 30-minutes prior to Bootcamp IF we ARE going to meet at CTA. No email = meet at Krepps. Meeting at CTA is an additional $2 per person per Bootcamp, this is a great price and I'm so thankful that CTA is working with us so we don't ever have to cancel a Bootcamp due to the weather.

Please note that this bootcamp is
for ALL fitness levels. Each recruit will be encouraged to work at THEIR
level and to THEIR abilities. Great care will be taken to teach proper
form and technique in order to minimize, and hopefully avoid , injury.
In ALL of Gemma's training and classes every participant is encouraged
and praised for doing their best no matter what that may be. "You
