The Fitness Triangle

With all the different types of workouts out there, which one REALLY works?!
Do I go with pilates or yoga? Step aerobics or Zumba? Dumbbells or resistance bands?
The good news is...you get to choose what you LIKE doing! But the key to getting and staying fit is finding a nice balance between three main components that I like to call the ‘Fitness Triangle’. These are: Proper Nutrition, Muscle Training, and Cardiovascular Stimulation. The best part is, when the Fitness Triangle becomes a basic part of your lifestyle, you won’t have to battle the bulge as fiercely as most currently do! A little knowledge goes a long way, and here is your first piece of armor in this great war against fat.
