Therabands, dumbbells, E-Fit Total Gym, and your own body weight to
achieve your fitness goals while simultaneously improving balance, posture
and agility. RESULTS are the ultimate focus with each and every exercise
performed. Gemma holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise
Physiology from the West Virginia University School of Medicine, she
is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) and an Aerobics and Fitness
Association of America (AFAA) certified Personal Trainer, CPR/First
Aid & AED certified and fully insured through Fitness Pak. Continuing
Education Courses (CEC) include: knee health; Special Populations Training;
Post-rehabilitation training; Plyometric training; Weight Loss fitness;
and more. Gemma is also a Bender Ball master Trainer and an E-Fit master
