Are 45-minute introductory classes. Come and learn a little about the concept, philosopy, moves and energy of Risquerobics. This is a great way to see if the 5-week course is for YOU! And is highly recommended prior to attending the 5-Week course.

5-Week Course
During the 5-week course you'll learn sultry choreography to the sexy song of the course. You'll learn modifications to each move to make sure that YOU look as sexy as YOU possibly can when you 'perform' for your 'audience.' (wink! wink!)
This course you'll leran a dance to 'You Can Leave Your Hat On' from the Full Monty Soundtrack.

Striptease
style fitness programs have been shown to increase a woman's confidence,
sexuality, sensuality, posture, sense of self as well as health, strength,
endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
In
Risquerobics I suggest wearing spandex shorts, even if they're under
your more comfortable outfit as we are often in Risque positions and
while we ARE Risque, we're not THAT Risque!
